Sponsorships Are Available for 2008 Chamber of Commerce Events

Each year the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce strives to provide quality programs for its members. For 2008 we are offering sponsorships for five major events that will help spotlight your business while helping the Chamber provide added value to each of its members.

The East Bay Business Exchange/Expo will be held June 18th at the San Ramon Marriott and will for the very first time feature a Candidate Debate between the Republican and Democratic Candidates for the 15th Assembly District. Moderated by Channel 7 TV Anchor, Dan Ashley, the questions for the debate will center on strictly business realted issues. The event will also feature an Expo for local businesses to showcase their businesses. Sponsorships are avaiable at several levels.

Our annual Golf Tournament will be held at chamber member- Crow Canyon Country Club on August 25th with a Casino Royale theme. We will have 14 Tee sponsorships available with the remaining 4 holes going to 4 very deserving local non-profit organizations. Each year the Tri-Valley Mayor's Summit rotates between the five Chambers of the Tri-Valley. 2008 is San Ramon's turn to host the luncheon. The event will be held at the Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon and should be an interesting event since several of the incumbants will not be up for re-election. We are looking for sponsors to provide a "take-away" gift for the attendees as well as to help underwrite the cost of the event since we are trying to keep the cost to the attendees at a break even point.

ClubSport of San Ramon will host the 18th annual Wine and Dine experience on October 23rd. This event showcases our local restaurants, wineries and breweries. It is a community favorite and last year we had over 500+ attendees.

The Annual Community Awards Dinner will be December 2nd and will be held at the SR Community Center. The Chamber turns 25 in 2008 and we plan to celebrate the event with style. Many wonderful and elegant surprises are planned.
